Which nightlife clubs/bars in Bellevue don’t charge cover fees?

I need advice quick. I plan to go out tonight (saturday ) to do nightlife in Bellevue. Which nightlife clubs/bars in Bellevue don’t charge cover fees? Some of the best spots I was told to try were the W living room, forum social house, civility & unrest, ascend steakhouse and lucky strike.

I just called lucky strike and they told me there club has a cover fee…

I hope all the clubs don’t have cover fees.

Also is 10 pm the best time to go out? Lucky strike informed me they don’t even open their club till 10 pm. so I am guessing the area doesn’t really get busy till after 10pm. Some people were recommending me to go as easly as 8pm but not sure thats too early.
