Who should I contact to get Washington to buy federal land that’s up for sale?

I’ve seen how much land is up for sale by private owners as part of Trump’s bill. I’ve seen suggestions that Washington state should buy the land that is up for sale in order to keep it protected and maintain our natural beauty. I wanted to know which state department or individuals I should contact to try and push for this.
