Why is a picture of Lichtenstein on this Explore Seattle Southside ad at Southcenter?

I wondered if it was a joke but the website it links to is just about cool things to do in the southside. Not sure if was on purpose or if it was just someone not double checking the image was actually somewhere in the area.
