Witnessed a Hit and Run on a Pedestrian

Pedestrian was crossing Union via 20th and was hit as she entered the crosswalk. Thankfully I was parked nearby and my dashcams caught it. Here’s a still from the video. Clearly a black 2010-2017 GMC Terrain. No front plates. Police already have my front and rear video footage.
