Hey Bellevue neighbors, local real estate agent here.
I work with a few builders/developers in the area, and lately I’ve had people asking what builders are actually paying for homes/land around Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, etc.
So I figured instead of sending random mailers (the ones you get from every other agent) that immediately become wasted paper, or cold-calling people during dinner like a villain & pretending it’s not a cold call, I’d just post here.
If you’ve ever been curious what a builder might offer for your property (or know someone who needs to sell), I’m happy to help you get a number. No pressure, no obligation, and no “when are you ready to list???” follow-up calls, I’m looking to get you a price from a builder & maybe if you’re nice be your friend.
Some homes make sense for builders, some don’t, but at least you’d know what the option looks like.
