Workday/City issues causing medical/financial issues

Haven’t worked for City of Seattle in years, but not only did I receive a W2 from them for 2024, but they also enrolled me in a health plan. I’ve received a bill from IRS due to their accounting errors. My actual health insurance has started denying treatment and claims, because I have an active plan with Aetna, even though I’m not actually employed with City of Seattle.

Aetna refuses to cancel the plan, City of Seattle has not been responded to me, and I have been unable to get through over the phone.

I need an attorney as it has resulted me in not being able to afford medication due to the insurance change, as well as the wrong insurance paying out thousands on my claims. I also am having issues scheduling follow up appointments, because my providers are not in network with Aetna.

I have multiple conditions, including Cystic Fibrosis, and this is a serious issue. Not to mention the fact that Seattle tax payers have been paying for a health insurance policy for someone that doesn’t work there.
