As my friend turned left onto Pine in front of Artusi, we saw a dog in a harness (pink, I think?) darting between traffic and racing down 14th street.
As my friend pulled over on 13th by the fire station, we saw you running and I yelled about a missing dog and pointed you in the direction the dog ran.
