Bizarre remodeled 4b/3ba house on Aurora (east side of Queen Anne) listed for $750k

This house just went up for sale and it’s so weird. I’ve driven by it before and have wondered what the story is.

Based on Redfin and Street View, it looks like it was sold in 2019 for $550k and was promptly knocked down to studs and rebuilt (it legally still has its “year built” as 1900). It looks nice on the outside and the inside but the location is so tortured. The listing cites no parking, that power to the house is turned off, and that the list price of $750k is 50% of its tax-assessed value.

I wonder who will buy it!
