We are considering buying a 1950s built home in Bellevue. Aware there could be lead and asbestos exposure. This home has no popcorn ceiling. (Mentioning because that’s the first thing everyone asks about) Original hardwood floors. Just wondering if anyone has experience buying a similar home and how big/small problem was it to test and deal with the asbestos. We don’t plan to do any major updates yet except maybe carpeting. Any inputs would be helpful. Thank you!
