Found this Op-Ed interesting since it was submitted by the Mayor of Issaquah and City Council. I had to read up on some of their planning documents since I’m not familiar with their city. While I disagree with some of the ideas to cut costs, it’s not entirely a bad thing they’re speaking up and planning now. What I think will probably have more impact is deferring South Kirkland Station to ST4, optimizing the alignment between Richards Road and East Main, then using the 4 Line to increase the frequency between South Bellevue/East Main and Downtown Redmond. submitted by /u/TikeyMasta |
