I am fairly used to the train being down every once in a while, but typically my commute isn’t knocked this far off course when it does. Typically shuttles are relatively plentiful, and the trains outside of the down zone run on time.
I understand what caused trains to be down from Cap Hill to Sodo today, but why are the shuttles so much later than usual and why are trains on the south side running so little?
