Doing some Swedish Death Cleaning and came across these. I believe this was hand-written by the main person who would take orders and chat up guests for a now gone BBQ place around Fremont. Roro’s. I believe her name was Kelly— all it took was a compliment to the chef and she offered up a copy of their recipe, written on scraps of their recycled menus.
