Talked to PAWS about the situation and they asked me to bring it in. I have never caught a goose before. Headed up there now to confirm it won’t fly (I got pretty close to it before and did not attempt to) and then capture. I’ll be at the west end of the circular path (near the entrance on Roosevelt) wearing a shirt with fruit on it.
UPDATE: As of 4pm I cannot find the goose. Hopefully it either flew off or got rescued by someone else. Thanks to everyone for the advice and being willing to show up to help!
