5:05 PM: That’s Cabin #3, hosted by Tilden School (WSB sponsor), one of the schools, businesses, and organizations that have taken over Camp Long cabins for Trail or Treat – you can even meet their mascot, “Wise Whitney“:
Along with trick-or-treating at the cabins (here’s the map, also available when you enter the park), you’ll find activities and nature education – which is what Camp Long, as an Environmental Learning Center, is all about.
Some costumes, too, were perfect for wandering through the forest:
DNDA, which also focuses heavily on environmental education and restoratioh, decorated and hosts this cabin:
Even Trader Joe’s is hosting a cabin:
This is on until 7 pm (and lights are hung along the trail, since the sun sets an hour before that); the park is at 5200 35th SW.
