Currently at my work i accrue only 10 pto days a year, however, this also includes my sick time so if I take a sick day, that is one less vacation day a year. I think we do fall in the range of 1-50 FTE, but even then this honestly feels illegal. Why am I being punished for being sick and having less time to take a vacation? Also 10 days a year (minus select few holidays) is fucking abysmal.
I’ve tried looking online but cant quotw seem to get an answer that reflects my situation and wondered if anyone else might have more knowledge or experience with this.
