I booked tickets to the Smith Tower “Spirits & Secrets” event on 10/17 for tonight. When I booked it, it said it included 2 drink tickets and light bites and obviously seemed like a great deal. Then I got an email at 11pm last night saying it was inaccurate and came with nothing. Obviously the Smith Tower is an institution and a very cool historic building, but this seems like bait and switch. It says they also don’t offer refunds at the bottom of the email. Does anyone have any advice? submitted by /u/anal_hygiene |
