Yes, there’s a rat in Rat City, and it’s greeting trick or treaters during the White Center Halloween street festival happening right now. Biggest draw is wrestling outside Lariat Bar:

Grownups are in the spirit as well as little ones:
Trick-or-treating is happening at businesses along the whole stretch:
But other activities like games are clustered at the north and south end.
