Now is the time for a constitutional amendment to rewrite the WA regressive tax system

I get that 645 is going down / the millionaires tax will survive, but I think the bigger takeaway is folks are ready for a fundamental change. I don’t want to nibble at the edges, I want a complete revamp of our upside down tax system – the best way to do that is a constitutional amendment (we are more than likely to have the 2/3rds majority and the support of voters statewide). It’s a once in a generation opportunity – let’s take it.
