Chi Mac in the U district sold snow wings. They called it their parmesan based dry rub. Now that they are closed, I’m trying to get close to their recipe. I think they sold the rub itself. Anyone out there have it and could tell me the ingredients? There are several similar recipes floating around but I haven’t found one that replicates it yet. Thanks!
