[BSKY] The new Vision Zero bill from Rob Saka (basically nonsubstantive/duplicative) has not 10, not 20 recitals, but 29! (They aren’t even really recitals because they would ALL go into city code and have the force of law!) They go THROUGH the alphabet and come all the way back around!
