Building Sold

Hi friends,

The building I reside in for several years has just given us notice that they’ve sold.

This is pretty new for me to navigate and I have no idea what to expect.

Should I be worried? There’s rumors flying around the building right now, including possible future demolitions – and I’m not sure if I should freak out or just simply expect a rent increase, or two, and to simply stay put (ideal outcome).

I don’t personally expect a demolition, but I’d love to get another pair of eyes on the situation who can provide any insights.

Any sane perspectives are welcome. 🙂
