I keep hearing from folks that they will not be able to access their apartments or businesses within the BP premises without a wristband. This is absolutely not true. They cannot legally block you from walking down the sidewalk to access your place. They leave a slim walkable path along the event so that business can operate and people can get home. You do not need a wristband!!!!!!! They cannot legally stop you from leaving or returning to your home or place of business. I’m not sure why people are being told that. Have fun, stay safe and watch out for each other! ❤️
