Hey y’all, I just got the $10 price increase email from Centurylink on my $65 “price for life” fiber service. I’m writing a complaint to the Attorney General @ https://fortress.wa.gov/atg/formhandler/ago/ComplaintForm.aspx, but as others have said here as well, Centurylink is slimy and kept all mention of price for life out of their email and print correspondence once signed up.
Does anyone have a screenshot of the price for life offer? Or better a flyer from back in the day? I’d like to upload one with the complaint. Thanks!
