OK, so this is really weird. A friend of mine was sitting at real fine coffee in Capitol Hill just grabbing a morning coffee before work and a guy came over and handed him a dog and basically ran off. The guy said he’d be right back. Didn’t come back for over an hour so my friend called me because he has to go to work. So now I have this dog I have to go to work at two I have two cats who you can’t really hang out with him. I’ve called the number on his tags and it’s disconnected, he has a license and I called the City of Seattle Animal Shelter and wasn’t able to get through to anyone.
