Just got notifications that I had been rejected for the $1,200 ebike rebate after being selected a bit over a week ago.
It says I don’t meet the qualifications, but doesn’t clarify WHICH qualifications I missed. From everything I saw, I was right in there. I’m sure not hitting the $70,000 income threshold on my yearly $48k, that’s for sure.
I DID have a few questions for them when filling out the information, but they NEVER seem to have anyone answering the phones at the number they give out, and never answered my emails, either.
Just a straight rejection, too. No asking for clarification or anything. Just denial.
Has anyone had ANY luck getting a rejection reversed, or at LEAST had any luck with actually talking to a person?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
