Grabbed/Assaulted by weirdo at Northgate

Getting off the 67 bus at 7AM this morning at Northgate. Disheveled white guy with brown hair in a light green button up shirt with no jacket is sitting by the back door of the bus, stands up and grabs my arm and tries to pull me into the seat with him. I pulled away and got off the bus screaming bloody murder at this dude, bus driver does nothing and pulls away after the dude gets off the bus. Prior, dude had been screaming in the back of the bus, I’m not sure what exactly because I had my headphones on.

Dude follows me up from the bus onto the light rail platform. I was running up the escalator and I was screaming bloody murder at him to stay away from me and had my pepper spray out. I found a cluster of bigger guys to stand by at the platform and someone found security for me. The guy got on the same train as I did, and security advised me to go on a different car. From what I understand from filing a report, this guy went on to assault someone else on the light rail before security pulled him off at UW.

I’ve filed reports with King County Metro, Sound Transit, and SPD. I’m 5’4″ AFAB. People experiencing crises are out and seeking shelter on transit during the colder weather.
