Help for an injured duck in Bellevue Downtown Park?

There’s a young adult, male mallard with a severely injured foot in Bellevue Downtown Park. I called and reported the situation to the Park Rangers and the Department of Fish and Wildlife. They both took the reports but encouraged me to reach out to Paws Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Snohomish. Paws confirmed that they can take the duck in if it can be transported to the location. Unfortunately, I don’t have a way to get it there. Wanted to see if anyone else in the community could get the duck up there?

ETA: the duck is still in the park. I didn’t want to cause more stress to it by trying to catch it without a plan to get it up to the rescue.
