How is this place open ?

I’ve never seen any restaurant have this, I’m more shocked they’re still allowed to be open.

I didn’t have any problems personally when I got takeout there, but I was weary.

The restaurant is Daruma Sando.

This was my first time being exposed to a restaurant with that rating, I’ve seen the other varying levels of green but never this one.

When I went in person to grab takeout the staff were nice and again, I personally didn’t have any problems the day after eating there.
