Time and time again I’ve been told on this subreddit that we just need more buildings, but I feel as if a lot of new buildings have gone up, and yet my rent is being increased by the max allowable.
And it’s increased every year for the last 5 years I’ve lived here. So what gives? How many more buildings need to be put up? What zoning laws need to change?
