Putting out an FYI for anyone else visiting the Optum facility at Northgate that only a portion of the lot is managed by Optum. There is a “visitor parking” area right next to the Optum building entrance (north side) that is actually owned by the building management company. There is zero signage indicating the difference, and if you park there without a “permit” you will receive a $90 ticket.
I am disputing the ticket and have made a compliant to the AG but wanted to let others know. I would park where it says “Optum patient parking” as I understand from talking to Optum security that this is where you can park.
