Is it me or are the spiders way bigger this year?

I swear I’ve seen two spiders on separate occasions that were at least the size of a $0.25 quarter, if not bigger, skittering across my floor. One was so big that after I got it with my broom I had to vacuum it up, I was too afraid to pick it up and hear/feel a crunch. 🤮
