Really impressed by the response on my last post! It received a lot of attention, and a lot of people reached out offering to help.
I initially gave up hope because some folks went to the Alaska gates and they hadn’t found my type of laptop. Someone who worked at the airport even walked over and went through the area and visited the Alaska counter again.
Before I posted on Reddit, I submitted a lost and found claim with seatac and didn’t expect much.
A few days ago, someone from seatac called me, and I was able to verify ownership. I submitted a form, paid a shipping fee, and voila!
My faith in the system is (almost) restored, and just wanted to give everyone an update and say thank you to this community!
