Longest line I’ve ever seen in City Hall lobby, waiting to give public comment on budget starting at 5 pm

Looks like about 200 people lined up, and people are still arriving. Plus they’ve already been let some people into the Council chambers. If they stick to the plan of 1.5 minutes per person that will still keep people here past 10 pm.
