Large white female dog on the move wearing a black and pink harness and dragging a leash. We followed her from the NE 50th I-5 north onramp and blocked her from moving further onto the highway. We followed her to the Ravenna exit and tried to catch her at the park and ride under the highway. She was last seen in the Ravenna/Greenlake area at 4:10pm on Saturday, 8/15 heading south on 5th Ave NE. She is skittish and not letting anyone get close to her- multiple people tried to get her unsuccessfully. She looks very exhausted submitted by /u/Professional-Buy707 |
