Partner and I live in a 1 bedroom in downtown Seattle.
No air conditioning mind you or even a thermostat to speak of.
We live in a building that does that stupid ratio billing and pay $100 in sewage.
But my concern is with Seattle city light. We pay our own electricity bill (not through the bldg)
It’s $200+ but we get billed every 2 months.
We literally have LED lightbulbs and our basic appliances in unit.
Is this normal for Seattle? In vegas we had AC going all day and night and didn’t pay that much.
