Two shitzu dogs in need of a home: how do I do this?

An old relative no longer could care for her two ShiTzu dogs. I’m keeping them alive the best I can but I work 8 to 5 and they need a better home than I can give them.How do I best find a new home without having Cruella Deville adopt them from me?I’m nearest to Seattle. LittleDogRescue.org doesn’t respond to contact attempts.
