Parking on Belmont and Summit should be banned

Belmont Ave E and Summit Ave E is too narrow for how much traffic it sees combined with how terribly people park on that road. Everyone I know who drives this road has had multiple encounters of people straddling the line forcing you to stop or swerve so they can get through.

Am I the only one who has complaints about this area?
