Problem with the UberEats App – Bellevue and other Seattle Suburb(s)

Hi,

I am a courier via UberEats (and also HungryPanda) who has been working in Bellevue since the loss of delivery demand pushed me out of Seattle a year-and-a-half ago.

About a year ago, a customer alerted me to some odd behavior occurring with the UberEats app. Namely, the app was not letting them tip.

I checked with a contact that I know related to Uber, who told me the following:

I can confirm that they city of Seattle is the only region we’ve changed tipping

I.e. Tipping was changed in Seattle recently and should not be changed in Bellevue.

My question is this: Does anyone know anyone who works at Uber who can alert them to the issue?
