This is the second time this year I’ve seen kids on electric bicycles riding on the highway (not the shoulder but in an actual lane). First time was several months ago on northbound I-5. Last night I saw 3 kids on electric bikes riding through the 99 tunnel around 9pm. Please make sure your kids know how unsafe this is. I was scared I was going about to see all three killed by a car.
