Apparently some jackhole kids in N Cap Hill are entertaining themselves by shooting random people with a pellet gun as they drive by. No description of the assailants or their vehicle – this just happened to a friend who doesn’t want to call it in for lack of useful information – but be aware. 10th Ave (north of Broadway), about 15 minutes ago.
