The CLEAR+ company people often make TSA Precheck wait until all CLEAR people have gone ahead when they man the lines. They are both paid programs yet we with TSA precheck we feel we are sidelined.
Is that the official stance of the port commission that CLEAR gets priority and TSA Precheck waits? Even regular TSA line moves faster than PRECHECK because CLEAR is not bottlenecking them. Would love to hear your thoughts of a private company making paid government program participants (precheck) wait.
Also sometimes CLEAR people don’t let us go through the checkpoint 1-3 even though checkpoint 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 are all marked for PRE and CLEAR both and they physically block us to tell us that PRE is only on checkpoint 5, 6 unless we sign up for CLEAR then we can go on checkpoint 1. Are you aware this is happening?
