Another shooting in Belltown tonight, right on Elliott and Bell St. Heard peeps arguing from our building, and I went to go peek through my window to see the commotion, and it seemed like it had died down. I walked away for a sec, then heard the arguing intensify and then we heard several shots. We dropped on the floor and ducked. A few min later I peaked out the window and saw a guy on the ground and his friends crying out. We called 911, as did several people in our building.
Scary situation all around. I really hope the person is ok.
