Message says it all, found a cookbook I wanted today at the Cal Anderson garage sale day in the park for $1, vendor didn’t have a venmo and I just absentmindedly didn’t even consider carrying cash. Dude saw me go blank in the face for a sec and jumped in to give me a buck to buy it just as the nice thing to do.
Sometimes dudes (people generally) rock, never forget that folks. It’s easier to make someone’s day better than to ruin it.
