Over 2 weeks ago, a friend parked at Ballard Blocks UW health but all the UW spots were taken so they went in one of the spots labeled for the gym. Today, they noticed something strange looking in the slot of the hood when going to plug in the car. It’s a parking ticket, that Diamond deceitfully slid in so it would not be found in any short amount of time.
