I recently moved into the neighborhood, and there is a group of people who gather nearly every night to just blast music out the backs of their cars. It’s not the bar crowd, it’s not Chop Suey. It’s literally just a bunch of people who open every door of their car to blast insanely loud music. I’ve called the non-emergency hotline of SPD multiple times but they’re obviously useless.
Inb4 anyone says “just go talk to them,” no, I’m not about to go alone at 1am to talk to a large group of strangers who obviously don’t care about those around them.
