Why😭😭

Why is everything locked up in target? I’m not from Seattle but visiting for the weekend for the first time and stopped at target to get new headphones, razors and lash glue.

I’ve visited a ton of cities this year and have never seen detergent locked up. Makeup and electronics makes sense but detergent, shampoo and toothpaste is just wild.

Is the stealing that bad here? It’s pretty bad where I’m at too but not to this level
