Why isn’t Aurora more pedestrian accessible? what are people in wheelchairs supposed to do?

Compared to the rest of the city walking along Aurora feels like playing whack-a-mole with cars, there’s car dealerships blocking the shoulder and nowhere safe to walk… especially if you need a wheelchair or mobility device.
