Missing: Joseph, 74 y/o, WM, 5’5”, 145 lbs, gray hair, hazel eyes. Wearing a white hat, gray shirt, dark shorts, black shoes. Subject out of Kennewick & phone has been pinging in the Seattle area: South & West. Please call 911 if seen.
