I’ve recently visited the Whole Foods on 116th Ave near downtown Bellevue. Last week we got their frozen cooked crabs, and today for the raw pink shrimps for their seafood sections.
Both times, the seafood tasted abnormally salty after I steamed them without adding any seasonings. The crabs were the worst, with a one reeking ammonia smell.
I haven’t had issues with their meat section though. It seems that the seafood section isn’t very fresh. Anyone else noticed this?
