If you were at Rattlesnake Ledge and at the top, around 6:30pm tonight, two dogs dragged their walker across the rocks to run up to yours, that was me. Of course I apologized in the moment best I could but I wanted to put a proper apology out there, if only to alleviate my humiliated conscience. I hope you and your dog are alright and aren’t too shaken up, you were very kind to ask if I was okay after I stood up. Thank you. I won’t offer any excuses, I take my responsibility of them very seriously and it was entirely my fault. I thought I would have the leverage I needed in case they pulled me sitting down but I didn’t. I will be making the necessary changes to ensure that does not happen again.
I cannot overstate my embarrassment. I am deeply sorry.
If anyone has suggestions for how I might increase the likelihood the individual actually sees this, that would be welcome.
